Refund policy

At Kandilila, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer a fair refund policy.

Returns: If you wish to return your purchase, we accept unused and unopened items within 30 days of the original purchase date. To initiate a return, please email us at info@kandilila.com with your order number and reason for the return. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately begin the process of refunding you for the cost of the item(s), minus any shipping costs, provided the returned items are unused and unopened. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges: If you received a product that is damaged or defective, we will exchange your product at no additional cost. Please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order if you need to exchange a product. To initiate an exchange, please email us at info@kandilila.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged or defective product. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and will do our best to make sure you are.
